Each season has its own particular energy. In the Northern Hemisphere, the cold and dark winter days invite us to turn inward and rest. Spring longer, warmer and sunnier days promote connection and activity. Spring is the perfect time to start new habits that can help us grow. That’s exactly what Nature does in Spring!
Something as simple as seting aside a few minutes for gentle movement, stretching, or deep breathing can help us improve our welbeing, by releasing tension, improving focus, and boosting your energy. It’s not about intensity—it’s about consistency and giving yourself a small, intentional pause to reset and recharge.
