January: A more aligned life

We do not need a new life. We need a more aligned one.

January is the month of resolutions. However, most of those resolutions are aiming to fix us: lose weight, exercise more, quit drinking, and so on. But what if this year we flipped the script, and instead of trying to reinvent ourselves, we tried to live more aligned with our needs, our values and our goals?

For example, many people already love animals, enjoy the outdoors and care about their health. A natural step for them can be to reduce animal products in their diet, to spend more time walking in nature, or quit binge drinking. Instead of formulating resolutions, they are making the choice to live in line with who they are – no need to fix anything.

This month, I invite you identify your needs, values and goals, and consider making mindful lifestyle decisions that support them.
